Editing transactions (Edit Transaction)

Note: Users can also either view a summary for the desired transaction or copy an existing transaction. See Viewing Transaction Summary (View Summary) for more information on viewing the transaction; see Copying an existing transaction for more information on using existing transaction information to create a new transaction.
  1. From either the recent transactions section or search results, hover over the desired transaction and click Edit Transaction to open it. The following information appears:
    • Organization
    • Package Information
    • Documents
    Note: By default, the Package and Document sections appear with full functionality visible; click Collapse All to collapse all sections and display only the section headings. With all sections collapsed, click Expand All to view all section functionality. Click the Side or Down arrows to open or close each section individually.
  2. Click NEXT to display the Lender Info page; if necessary, check or uncheck the Check this box if the original Lender of the mortgage is also the Servicer of the mortage checkbox.
  3. From the Loan Information section, enter the LOAN NUMBER. This identifier is required and is the associated loan number or account identifier used for the transaction.
  4. Click Next to display the Borrower Mailing Address page; make any changes as necessary.
  5. Click NEXT to view the documents based on the transaction; enter additional transaction data. See Viewing Documents for more information.
